About Lake Martin Louisiana

Lake Martin Louisiana is now a unregulated Lake. Recent Court proceedings over the controversial court case challenging the jurisdiction of certain private Land surrounding the former Lake Lepointe. The parish and the State of Louisiana has admitted that they no longer have the jurisdiction of the private land owners who once gave permission for the state to form a servitude for public access through a lease that was signed in 1950. This lease since then has been revoked by the State when they admitted in court that they no longer have the rights to enforce there jurisdiction over the private land owners.

This open the expansion of commercial development and commercial jurisdictions to build and development in the Lake to exclude the public and wildlife Habitat.

There are Land owners who are now open to sell there property to investors who would would like to develop commercial ventures that would open profitable venues for personal gains at the cost of loosing the last natural resources left in Louisiana.

Only the public can now determine the faith of these businesses who impact the last remaining resources by either supporting on not supporting these commercial activities.

Our mission goal is to preserve the natural habitat while providing provide private membership to individuals who support the ecosystem and give a facility for individuals wanting to provide zero impact to nature while visiting and enjoying nature while visiting the State of Louisiana Lake Martin.
